On Saturday, May 3 (5 - 7pm) CCASM will hold its Annual Business Meeting and Potluck Supper
for the whole family and friends at the Maxwell Hall Park covered shelter (with picnic tables). The gate will be opened at 4:30.
Location: 6680 Maxwell Dr, Hughesville, MD 20637
Note: Maxwell Hall Park is where the house is. We have recently been in the field at Maxwell Hall Equestrian Park. So not at the Equestrian Park.
At the CCASM annual meeting you can find out
what CCASM has been doing over the past year.
Following the potluck supper and the annual meeting there will be a talk by Mike Callahan. Mike is the presindent of Friends of Maxwell Hall.
Everyone is to bring food to share. You should bring your own beverages.
